The Timberwolves lost 90-84 Sunday night in Denver to the Nuggets.  Minnesota led by 9 with 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter but led by just 2 at the end of the quarter.  Al Jefferson led the Wolves with 20 points and 14 rebounds and Randy Foye chipped in 18 points and 6 assists.  Minnesota committed 18 turnovers compared to 10 turnovers for Denver.  The Timberwolves are 1-8 on the season and will host Philadelphia Wednesday night at 7pm, pregame on WJON at 6:30.
