Viking defensive end Jared Allen practiced on a limited basis for the Vikings Wednesday as he continues to play through a 3rd degree sprained right shoulder.  Allen says his shoulder is stiff and he doesn't know how much practice time he'll have this season.  Allen played with the injury Sunday and had 1 sack against Green Bay.  Minnesota cornerback/punt returner Charles Gordon is preparing for surgery on his broken right ankle.  He'll likely need at least 5 months before he can return to full speed.  The Vikings play at Tampa Bay Sunday at noon, pregame on WJON at 11am.
